Online or in-person, Medicare rebated sessions can be accessed by asking your GP about a Mental Healthcare Plan (MHCP). A MHCP allows individuals to receive a rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Frequency of sessions will be discussed at the first appointment. The rebate is currently $145.25, leaving a gap of $104.75.
